At Lloyd College, we believe in rewarding consistent academic performance and dedication. Scholarship continuation is reviewed at the end of each academic year, and students who meet the required criteria will have their scholarships extended for the following year.

Before you register, please read how we use your personal information. Required consent is necessary to process your application. Promotional consent is optional.
Registration details include your full name, email, mobile number, interested course, state and city. During the application, we may collect your date of birth, gender, parents' names, address, category, academic details, uploaded documents, interview slot and fee transaction details. We may also maintain communication records, counsellor notes, referral details and basic website technical and campaign data.
If you opt in, we may send offers, scholarship news and other-course information by SMS, email and WhatsApp. You can decline or withdraw this optional consent without affecting your application.
Information may be shared with authorised college staff, contracted service providers acting on our instructions, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information. We use access restrictions, password-protected systems, HTTPS and activity logs. Card and bank details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by us.
We retain information while an application is active. If there is no application activity for two years, personal details are deleted, subject to legal requirements. Admitted students' records are retained as required for academic records. Consent records are retained.
You may request access to a summary of your information, correction, completion or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent, raise a concern, and nominate another person to exercise your rights in the circumstances described in the notice. Identity verification is required. Responses are provided within 30 days.
Contact the college admissions office to withdraw consent. Withdrawing optional promotional consent stops those messages. Withdrawing required consent means the application cannot continue, except for information that must be retained by law. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing.
A parent or legal guardian must give consent. Information of applicants under 18 is not used for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.
Contact the Grievance Officer at the college admissions office to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or to raise a concern. If dissatisfied with the response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
The notice is available in English; Hindi or another language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution may be requested. Updates may be made when practices or laws change. If an update changes how information is used, consent will be requested again.
